The following rules and regulations are the same for everyone. Someone confirmed their reservations in any form, like written or a payment deposit. So the booking becomes confirmed and legally binding by toproute.co.uk At this stage, payment will not be refundable.

In these terms, Top route must refer to the company that operates under the toproute.co.uk. If some mishap occurs during their journey, the company and their other employees are not answerable. All these matters will be between drivers and passengers.

All passengers are advised to remain seated while the vehicle is in motion. Any type of statements or guarantees on behalf of Top route would not be given by us. The company has these rights:

(a) Top route has the right to cancel any booking, including travel, transport, accommodation, or any related services, if the company is unable to fulfil the service for any reason. In this case, the full payment will be sent to the client’s account without any charges.

This will be done in situations such as vehicle issues, lack of available drivers, or other unforeseen events.  The Top route is not responsible for any extra charges.

(b)Top route has the right to cancel the service of anyone so that any details are not provided by Top route. The charges will be confirmed at the time the service is provided due to changes in the rates or currency changes without prior notice.

If anyone in the group damages the vehicle on purpose or by mistake, the responsibility will fall on the person who hired the vehicle. All these charges for repairing the vehicle will be directly paid to the company. Evidence in the form of images is required.

If you change the journey at the spot, so that the time and distance will increase, the hired person will pay extra charges. All the bookings will be accepted if the vehicle is available at the requested time.

If you want to get details on the prices so the booking will not be accepted on this discussion. Booking will be confirmed when you make a payment.
At the time of booking, you will make the payment of 40% of the total amount, so the booking will be confirmed by the Top route rather than not.

On the other side of the Top route, not able to fulfil the journey, the deposit will be refunded. Once your booking is confirmed and the payment is received, the deposit is non-refundable. The following charges apply to the cancellations of this journey.

• If you cancel 48 hours–7 days, 75% of the total amount.
• If you are between 7–14 days before travel: 50% of the total amount.
• More than 14 days before travel: 40% of the total amount.
• Less than 48 hours before departure: 100% of the total amount (no refund).
• Including in the booking, like eating, accommodation, and other services, will be included.
